Processing Time We aim to ship all orders ASAP. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During new product launches, please allow up to 3 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery * Free Shipping: Available on all orders of $79.00 or more.

• Standard Shipping: Flat-rate fees apply to orders under $79.00 and are calculated at checkout.

• Delivery Estimate: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days.

Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our Houston facility. You can also track your delivery directly through the Shop App.
