Life’s too short for sore miles. Every tub of Runners’ Relief comes with our 30-Day "Runners’ Bliss" Guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, we will make it right.

How it works

Use Runners' Relief in your training routine. If you aren't satisfied for any reason within 30 days, reach out to us. Email support@mightymoosenutrition.com with your order # and ZIP code. We will respond quickly with instructions for your refund or exchange.

What is covered

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us. We accept one opened unit per product so you can truly try it. Additional units of the same product must be unopened and sealed. A valid order number is required for all returns.

What is not covered

Final-sale items, gift cards, and free samples are not eligible for return. This policy also only applies to purchases made directly on mightymoosenutrition.com.

Refunds and exchanges

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Exchanges can be set up upon request. Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank to post the credit to your account.

Shipping and damages

If we sent the wrong or damaged item, we cover all costs. For "changed my mind" returns on unopened items, return shipping may be deducted from your refund. For damaged items, please email a photo to us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

International orders

We accept international returns, but duties, taxes, and return shipping are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
